I had a mixed experience at The Grand Ash. On one hand, the location is fantastic, making it easy to explore Llandudno. I found the rooms comfortable enough for a good night's sleep, but they're definitely in need of some TLC. Unfortunately, the service was lacking, with rude staff and significant issues with maintenance. While the price was affordable, it didn't compensate for the overall unpleasantness of the stay.

My stay was quite disappointing overall. The room I checked into was dull and run-down, with significant dampness in the bathroom. The dining experience was not great either, as the meals lacked flavor and left much to be desired. However, the service from the staff, particularly the receptionist, was commendable amid the circumstances.
